I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Best Western Plus Pearl Creek. The hotel's location was ideal, with the metro station only a five-minute walk away. The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options including local fare.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that left me frustrated. One major problem was the disorganization at breakfast. there was no guidance on where to sit, leading to a chaotic experience. Additionally, the lack of cleanliness in the dining area was disappointing, as the tables were not properly wiped down after guests left, making the environment uninviting.

The spacious suite, paired with exceptional service from Aqib and H.K. , made our family trip enjoyable. Proximity to local markets and boat tours added a fun element, though breakfast options lacked variety.

The hotel’s proximity to key attractions made our stay more enjoyable, allowing us to wander through local markets and easily access the metro. The reception staff, particularly Nassir, went above and beyond to assist us, making our time memorable.

However, the hotel appeared somewhat dated and was in need of general upkeep. Our room's bathroom had a few issues—like limited hot water and a faulty showerhead—which made our mornings less than ideal.

the roof top pool has fantastic views of the city skyline. the restaurant could improve its cleanliness.

I stayed in the Standard King Room for 6 nights. The room was super spacious, which I loved! The breakfast was great too, lots of options to choose from. Also, the location was perfect, just a five-minute walk to the Baniyas metro station. The staff were genuinely nice and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Vani, our breakfast waitress, and Murali, our room attendant. The rooftop pool offered stunning city views, while the proximity to souks and shopping made exploring a breeze. 🙌

However, the breakfast options could use more variety, particularly for vegetarians.

We stayed in a Deluxe Triple Room with Burj Khalifa View for 4 nights. The room was so spacious, had a flat-screen TV, minibar, and a nice seating area. Loved the rooftop pool too! The staff, especially Casimir, were super attentive. Plus, the view of the Burj from our room was just amazing!
